Biography

Dr. Vy Nguyen has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her graduate studies were focused in Number Theory and her doctoral thesis was on Elliptic Curves and Power Residues. She taught Calculus I and II as a graduate student instructor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She joined the University of West Florida as a Lecturer in Fall 2019.
