Each year Zeta Psi Eta participates in a number of activities.

Here are some of the things that Zeta did over the years:

* Sister Retreat to Halloween Horror Nights (Orlando)
* Women's Self Defense Clinic
* Semi Formal with Sigma Chi
* Flag Football with Kappa Sigma
* St. Patrick's Day Mixer with the TKE fraternity
* Sister Retreat at Big Lagoon
* Sister Retreat in Destin
* Founder's Day Formal every year
* Relay for Life held at the UWF track (Zeta won the award for most spirit!) *two years in a row*
* We have also have carwashes, spirit nights, and other fundraisers frequently throughout the year.
