ThanksVeteransGiving Day!  With everyone spending Thanksgiving with their families, we decided to have our Wesley Fellowship Thanksgiving dinner on Veterans Day. A bonfire, cookout, and even Wii Sports at Lisa's.

Meet us at St. Luke UMC down the street from UWF at 6:30pm.  We will ride to the fair together and stay until we are satisfied.  Bring money for admission, rides, and fair food.  Bring a friend too!

Wednesday, April 25

Party on the greens!!  We will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs on the campus greens from 11am - 2pm for a fundraiser for a campaign called Nothing but Nets.  The money raised will be given to the campaign which purchases nets for only $10.  These nets are saving many lives as 10 million children are dying every year due to Malaria.  A simple solution for a big problem.  Join us for food, volleyball, Frisbee, and and an opportunity to make a big impact. Sunday, April 8

Every second Sunday of the month, join us as we spend time with some of the local homeless.  This Easter we will be cooking and serving a meal for them at the usual Alfred Washburn Center.  Meet us at St. Luke to help transport the food.  The lunch will last from 1pm - 3pm.  It means the world to these people and is a great opportunity to share the love of Christ.  They are amazing men and women and we want them to know they are not forgotten on the day of our Lord's resurrection.

Thursday, March 1

Christ church in mobile has invited us to join them for their night of ministry.  We will be joining their college group for music, worship, and fellowship.  We will be leaving from St. Luke UMC at 5:30pm.

Friday, October 20

Are you interested in attending graduate school?  Have you considered Asbury Theological?  Josh Bell, a representative from the school, will be here to visit with anyone interested in learning more about Asbury.  We will be meeting from 11-12pm.
