R.A.D. is a program of realistic self defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts program. Our courses are taught by nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors and provide each student with a workbook/reference manual. This manual outlines the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth, and is the key to our free lifetime return and practice policy for R.A.D. graduates.
UWF is proud to offer this program to our Students, Faculty, Staff and the Community. Classes are limited to 10 people.
RAD teaches you to defend yourself - stop depending on others!
RAD is only 12 hours long, with the last 3 hours as a voluntary simulation!
RAD teaches you to recognize dangerous situations. This could save your life.
You can come back to practice for FREE at any RAD program nationwide and in Canada.
**All fees are used for copying costs and equipment replacement for the RAD program**
