UWF Testing Services and the Test Center are committed to providing the University and broader community the most technologically advanced standardized testing services available. As part of Student Affairs, UWF Testing Services (UTS) serves the University and other entities by providing information and test administration services for numerous standardized examination programs. Our main office is located in Building 21, room 120.
UTS administers examinations required for admission to colleges, graduate and professional schools as well as many other specialty examinations. Examples include the ACT, SAT, CLEP, GRE, MAT, LSAT, and TOEFL. UTS also offers proctored exam service for students enrolled in other institutions, UWF students enrolled in online courses, as well as other cerification or licensure exams. See the Examinations section for a more complete list of exams we administer.
In addition, UWF has a computer-based test center. Part of the testing space is exclusively contracted with Educational Testing Service to administer, via computer, the GRE, TOEFL, PRAXIS and other computer-based examinations. Additional space is used to administer other computer-based exams such as the CLEP, CLA/CP, MAT and others. A separate room with test stations provides a location for special testing sessions when a private session or special equipment is required for a disabled candidate.
Our main office is located in Building 21, room 120 (see links below for directions).
Hours vary with each testing program, but the main office hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
