Students will be able to:

1)   Demonstrate knowledge of many of the techniques and methods in personnel psychology

2)  Work with other group members to plan and organize an applied intervention

3)   Select and apply a variey of personnel methods within an organization

4)   Consult with professionals in an organizational setting

5)  Develop and give formal presentations in a format applicable for non-academic audiences

6)  Generate a detailed final product that summarizes and critiques the applied activities of your consulting

      project
