The judicial branch is established to serve as the governing legal body within the Student Government Association. It is comprised of four justices, one alternate, and one chief justice. The purpose of the judicial committee is to review all student passed legislature for continuity with all university, local, state, and national laws. The judicial branch also presides over any inquiries concerning the removal of student government members and discrepancies during campaigning and voting periods.
