SASS is independent of UWF's student record system. The audit is updated on a scheduled basis, normally every Tuesday and Friday evening. During the update process the most recent data is retrieved from the student's UWF record and the audit is updated accordingly.

Updated data include:

	name changes
	address changes
	major changes
	grade postings
	grade changes
	transfer course additions, etc.
	registration changes

For example, if your major change is posted on a Wednesday morning, the SASS audit reflecting your new major will not display until Saturday morning.
