The header includes

	The time your report was prepared (Eastern time).
	Your student number and name only on a printed audit. For your protection, personal information is not identified on an audit displayed on ARGUS, LightHouse, or FACTS.  Therefore the format of the ARGUS, LightHouse, or FACTS header information is slightly different.
	Your major code and catalog year.
	Your graduation semester if you have applied for graduation.  "Unknown" will display if you have not applied for graduation.
