The mission of this community outreach is to improve worker safety, provide education on issues impacting indoor air quality, and promote preventative strategies from building science contributing to cost-savings in health care.

Online Courses

The School of Allied Health and Life Sciences at UWF is piloting online mini-courses with members of the occupational safety and health (OSH) and indoor air quailty (IAQ) communities. A typical mini-course consists of:

Narrated PowerPoint Presentation - presenting the latest facts versus hype on an OSH or IAQ topic, using current resources
Quiz for renewal credits
Access to Online Resources - including:
- Links to the latest literature
- Guidance to speed your information searches
