Grades may be submitted through CICS or through Argus.
Remember - If there is a notation in the “Attended” column of a web grade roll and you wish to assign a grade of F, I, G, U, W, or WF, you must either replace the MM/DD/YYYY with the date the student last attended the class or select attendance of “Never” to indicate that the student never attended. If you are submitting grades using CICS, you will either replace the MM/DD/YYYY with the date the student last attended the class or put an "N" in the N/A column to indicate that the student never attended.
When assigning a grade of incomplete (I) instructors must complete the "Report on Assignment of Incomplete Grade" form and submit it to the department chair.
Schedule for Fall Semester 2008
Grade rolls for courses offered Fall Semester 2008 will be
available for posting/transmission from Saturday, December 6, through
Monday, December 15.
All Fall Semester 2008 grades must be posted and transmitted by Tuesday, December 16, at 9:00 AM.
