To order over the web (available 24 hours - 7 days a week) The University of West Florida has chosen the services of the National Student Clearinghouse in order to provide a web-basedenrollment certification service.

Current Students

• Sign in to MyUWF (Note: You must have used MyUWF at least once to activate it and established an account.)
• Click on the Student Records folder
• Click on the Enrollment Certification Request app
• Requests through National Student Clearinghouse are processed immediately and normally the student will receive a confirmed enrollment certification within minutes.
• Delivery Costs:
  Email certification = none
• Good Student Discount Certificates are available for qualified students.

Parents, Former Students, Alumni, and other authorized persons (i.e. Employers or Educational Institutions)

Enrollment certifications are available for the last 18 months.

Former students and alumni who have been enrolled within the last 12 months may access enrollment certification through MyUWF.  If you have not been enrolled within the last 12 months, it is suggested that you follow the instructions below.

To order over the Internet (available 24 hours – 7 days a week), go to the National Student Clearinghouse, and select “Verify Current Enrollment ” and click on the name of the school (University of West Florida). There is a fee for this service, which may be arranged by contract or paid with a credit card number. All certifications from the National Student Clearinghouse are official certifications.

Students, parents or authorized third parties may request a confirmation sent automatically each semester for a fee of $4.00 per certification per semester.

The National Student Clearinghouse accepts most major credit cards.
