Current students, former students, parents or other authorized persons may contact the Office of the Registrar in person or by mail. Requests are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Fax requests are not accepted.
Any forms sent to the student for completion should accompany the request with the student portion completed and signed by the student.
In person and written requests will take five to ten business days to process.
The Office of the Registrar will not process any requests prior to the end of the fee payment period (after drop/add) for the current semester.
There is no charge for enrollment certifications processed through the Registrar’s Office.
