| Austin loves the outdoors. His passion and curiosity for outdoor
adventures has led to experiences it in the air, on the ground, and
underwater and is why he is now seeking an M.S. in Biology at UWF.
Austin has spent many years leading trips and camping with the Boy
Scouts where he also learned wilderness survival skills, first aid,
canoeing, and many other skills. He has participated in High and Low
rope courses as well as several Boundary Waters Trips. He spent many
years in the water on a swim team, as a lifeguard, and scuba diver
and now instructs and certifies students. Austin is also an experienced
skydiver with his A license. Recently, Austin picked up rock climbing
and has been spending hours at the rock wall where he continues to
learn and share his passion for the outdoors with others! So go say
