Alex Jones
Alex is from the small town of Wewahitchka, FL. He served
4 years in the United States Marine Corps before returning
to Florida to pursue a degree in athletic training. His
experience in the Marine Corps gave him a love and
understanding for the benefit of incorporating fitness into
everyday life. He has enjoyed developing training
programs to meet his own physical goals. These goals
included everything from power lifting to running a
marathon. He is looking forward to the opportunity to help
others reach fitness goals through
person-specific
fitness plans.

Blain Alfonso
Blain is a senior from Gainesville, FL majoring in health care
administration. He will be attending grad school next fall for a
master's degree in public administration with a specialization in health
care administration. His main goal following grad school is to become
an administrator in an urban hospital setting with a focus on
preventative health care. He believes that respecting your body and
taking appropriate preventative measures will lead to a healthier and
happier lifestyle, even into old age. He has learned firsthand and
respects the benefits of exercise and desires to use his knowledge to
aid people that wish to help themselves.

Jessica Jackson
Jessica was overweight, out of shape, and worried about her
health most of her life, until she decided to make the first step
towards a healthy life. Every day is a new challenge that is just
waiting to be conquered. She is currently studying community
health education and has a passion for total fitness (mentally,
spiritually, and physically). Jessica believes each person can
achieve a healthy body that is right for him or her and not have
to worry about what the media or other pressures say. The first
step is the hardest, but the most important.

John has over nine years of experience in various areas of fitness and loves to help newcomers and veterans alike achieve their fitness goals. Over the years, John has participated in soccer, wrestling, football, rugby, collegiate shot put, powerlifting, trail running and hiking, and has played other various sports recreationally. He is able to develop specialized workouts for beginners to advanced athletes. Training for different events and overall fitness are hobbies that he thoroughly enjoys and would like to share with everyone.

Latasha Weinmann
Latasha is a native New Yorker who moved to Pensacola in 2008 to attend UWF. She is currently a senior majoring in exercise science, and is also interning for Coach Kent Morgan and the strength and conditioning department for athletics. Latasha is a professional contemporary dancer and dance teacher; she is currently on staff at Dance Academy of Santa Rosa in Milton. In addition, she is a member of the UWF Cheer Squad, GO ARGOS! Her goal after graduation is to become a strength and conditioning coach for athletes and she hopes to work with dancers. Latasha loves to motivate and inspire others to reach both personal and fitness goals!

Sarah King
Sarah is currently earning her bachelor's degree in athletic training and
intends to further her education after graduation. Sarah's quest for
excellence in team sports led her to a pursuit of overall personal health and
fitness. She enjoys the many benefits offered by resistance training, as well
as the total body health benefits of aerobic exercise. Sarah enjoys meeting
new people and helping them understand, establish and maintain their
fitness goals.
