Fit 5-0
Purpose
Increase participation in Group Fitness Classes while improving participants'
overall cardiovascular and muscular health.
Program Guidelines

Each Participant will have their choice of
which Group Fitness classes to attend
- Participants must attend 50 group
fitness classes in the designated
semester (consisting of 15 weeks of Group Fitness Classes).

At each class the participant attends, they
will be given a 5-0 pass by the instructor. They must print their full-name
and email address
on the back
of the pass, and drop it in the box in the group fitness studio.

Participants will receive update emails weekly
throughout the semester to alert them of how many classes they have currently
attended.
- On the last day of Group Fitness classes, Fit 5-0 will end. The
following week, participants will be emailed the list of winners.

Each participant who attends 50 classes will
receive a Fitness Prize Pack, which includes fitness wear, fitness equipment,
and
other prizes.
Prizes
can be picked up at fitness/wellness graduate assistant’s
office, which is located in the upper fitness center (Rm 291).

The two participants who attend the most
classes in the designated semester will each receive a First
Class Fitness Prize Pack.
Note: participants who arrive
late for class will not be given a 5-0 pass. Tardiness is determined by the
instructor.
