UWF Challenge Biathlon Race Information

Sponsored by the UWF Swim Club with proceeds going to the American Heart Association
Race begins at 9am on Saturday, October 25, 2008

• Course: 3.1 mile run through the UWF campus & 200 yard swim at the UWF pool.
• Parking: Participants should park in Lot B (located by water tower lot) or Lot J (located next to the tennis courts).

Day of Race Registration and Check In:

Saturday, October 25, 2008 from 8-8:45am UWF Aquatic Center, Building 73

*Participants who register the day of the race will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Payment options:

Cash and checks along with the registration form will be accepted by the Pool cashier or Nancy Quina at the UWF Aquatic Center. Center hours are Monday through Thursday 1:00-7:30PM and Friday through Sunday 1:00-6:30PM .

Lifeguard Competition

The UWF Aquatic Center hosted its 1st Lifeguard Competition at the pool on Friday night, 8.8.08. Green team was victorious scoring 225 pts to Blue’s 205. Events included wet t-shirt relay, ring eliminator, conscious victim carry, tread water, and brick retrieval.
