Shelley joined UWF Recreation and Sports Services in 1984. She is responsible for administering and directing risk management, aquatic operations, instructional programs, marketing, outdoor adventure programs, instructor training, fitness/wellness programs and is an instructor trainer in the aquatic and safety education curricula. She completed NIRSA’s School of Sports Management, Executive Institute and has training through the Center for Sports Law and Risk Management. Shelley has been on faculty at the American Red Cross Institute and for the UWF Department of Health, Leisure and Exercise Science.
