To join, complete a downloadable membership form and return it to Office 457, Building 4 on the UWF-OWC Joint Campus in Fort Walton Beach. Fees should be submitted with application. Fees can be submitted in check or money order only, and can be turned in at meetings or to the lock box at the UWF Cashier’s Office in Building 1 on the UWF-OWC Joint Campus in Fort Walton Beach.
