Psi Chi at UWF provides Psychology students with a portal to many Psychology related opportunites. We host many fun activities (see the multimedia page) that assist in the integration of the students and faculty at UWF. We also bring in guest speakers that guide students to possible employment and career opportunities. Additionally, we contribute to our community by volunteering at several local facilities, which provides students with the hands-on experience and references needed to succeed in the clinical industry. Research experience is a priority for many of our members, and we actively facilitate achievment of this goal by providing contact with the professors at UWF through meetings and events. Finally, we frequently attend conferences hosted by psychology-related organizations such as the APA, NWFP, and SEPA.
