EXPENSE

When ordering floor covering over $5,000, if it is a replacement to existing carpet or floor covering, it will be classified as an expense item.

OCO

When ordering floor covering over $5,000, if it is not replacing old floor covering, the surface has never had any floor covering, and the carpet or covering is brand new to that floor surface, it will be classified as an OCO item.
