The Lowell Edwards Scholarships are annual awards of the UWF Department of Physics. The number of awards and amount will vary each year. Currently there are two awards, one in fall and another in spring. Each is for $350.
These awards are intended to financially support students to successfully complete a major or minor in the UWF physics bachelors program. The applicant must be a UWF Physics major or minor and have completed University Physics I and II (PHY 2048 and 2049).
Awards will be granted to students that best showcase the department and program.
