Training Checklist

This will be provided for you each week to make sure you don't forget anything. ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, October 3rd AT 5:00 PM UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED:

• Complete Chapter 7 Quiz
• Complete Chapter 11 Quiz
• Complete 2 of the following 3 threaded discussions
  • Piaget and Vygotsky
  • Verbal Learning Research and Memory Theories
  • Situated Cognition
• Read Chapter 3 in your APA Manual. Pay close attention to formatting tables and figures. You will be required to create at least one original table or figure when you write up your ABA Project. Create one tidbit for Chapter 3 and send it to me via email.
• Continue your ABA Project -
  • Continue to complete Form 1 (WORD or PDF format) as necessary to track your target behavior and turn it in to me via email (only if you updated it from the one you turned in last week)
  • Complete Form 2 (WORD or PDF format) and turn it in to me via email.
• Download Inspiration and begin working on your cognitive map of memory

As time allows (nothing is due on the following this week):

• Continue collecting data on your ABA Project.
• Begin writing up the first 2 sections of your ABA Project. The first section should be a written summary paragraph that introduces your project and the behavior you targeted as well as your baseline data (you can support your text with tables and/or figures from Form 1). The second section should be a written summary describing your behavior management plan (again you can support with tables from Form 2).

Next week we continue our focus on cognitive views of learning and expand our knowledge related to Memory. We have 3 chapters to read for next week, all on various aspects of long term memory. Read chapters 8, 9, and 10. Continue to collect data for your ABA Project.
