1/16/09 The 2009 Panhandler issue will be shipped to subscribers before 2/1/09.

1/8/09 The editors of Panhandler are pleased to announce that the journal will be transitioning to an all-color, glossy format this year. Starting with the 2010 issue, Panhandler is pleased to welcome Valerie George as the art editor for the magazine. Her work is featured in the 2009 issue.
