High School Jazz Band performsNominations for the Disability Awareness Award are solicited from the entire
campus community. Submissions are reviewed by a committee from the university's
ADA Task Force. Award presentation will be announced.
To nominate an individual, download the Nomination Form (Word Doc). Nomination forms should be submitted directly or electronically to the Office of Informal Dispute Resolution and ADA in Bldg. 20W, Room 158 or e-mailed to Sylvia Patterson at spatterson@uwf.edu by January 30, 2007.
