	Identify your VA educational benefit chapter
	Apply for VA Educational Benefits and Create an E-Benefits Account a) Provide MVRC with a copy of your VONAP application signature page. b) Spouces and Dependents must also provide a copy of your Transfer of Eligibility to the MVRC. c) Provide a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility upon receipt.

	Register for your classes
	Set up a VA file with the schools Military & Veterans Resource Center (MVRC) and Certify your classes
	Complete your monthly enrollment Verification
