Hershey's Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 cup flour
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except water, beat a medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water -- batter will be thin. Pour into two greased and floured 9" layer pans or a single 9 x 13. Bake at 350°F for 30 - 35 minutes for layers, 35 - 40 minutes for 9 x 13 pan.Cool 10 minutes on rack, then remove from pans and cool compeltely before frosting.
