Hash Quiche Categories: meats/main dish 2 15-oz cans corned beef hash 1 cup swiss cheese; shredded 1 cup celery; chopped 1/4 cup green onions; chopped 4 large eggs; beaten 1 cup milk 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix Combine Hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9" pie plate for "crust". Sprinkle cheese, celery and half of green onions into "crust". Mix remaining eggs and biscuit mix until smooth. Blend in milk and pour into crust.
