Espinaca Categories: appetizers/snacks/beverages 1/2 lb hot pepper cheese (american style); sliced 2 tablespoon onion; chopped 1/2 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach Heat 1 cup water in fry pan. Saute onion and add cheese, 3 or 4 slices at a time. Keep stirring. Add water as needed to thin. Add thawed, strained spinach and stir. Contributor: Leslie |
