Dried Salmon

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 pound salmon fillets

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle salt over top when fish is in marinade. Marinade overnight in covered bowl. Place in dehydrator and cook 12 - 14 hours. Seal in ziplock bags when done.
