Chicken Coating Mix Categories: meats/main dish 1 cups bisquick baking mix; sliced thin 3 lb chicken 2 pkg tomato soup mix Mix all ingredients and store in Tupperware container. Coat Chicken pieces, brush with melted butter. Bake on rack in 350°F oven 45 - 50 minutes. Contributor: Craig
