Cheesy Potatoes Categories: salads/vegetables 2 lbs hash brown potatoes; thawed 1/2 cup onion; chopped 1/2 cup margarine; optional 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese; shredded 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup topping - see directions Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with shredded cheese or parmesan cheese or French onion rings. Bake an additional 15 minutes Yield: 6 servings |
