Cheese Bread

2 cups hot water
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoon lukewarm water
2 package yeast
2 large eggs; well beaten
6 cups Velveeta (2 pounds); grated
8 cups flour

Combine hot water, sugar and salt in large bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Stir sugar into 4 Tbs lukewarm water, add yeast. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes, until yeast is dissolved. Stir up and add to first mixture. Stir in eggs, cheese and flour, to make stiff dough. Turn onto floured board. Knead til smooth and elastic, about 3 minutes. Mold into 2 loaves, place in well greased loaf pans. Brush with oil, and cover with towel. Let rise til double. Bake at 375°F about 45 minutes - cool across top of loaf pans.
