7 Layer Taco Dip Categories: appetizers/snacks/beverages 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 1 can (16 oz) refried beans 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese; softened 1 tub (16 oz) sour cream 1 jar (16 oz) Salsa 1 large tomato; chopped 1 medium bell pepper (green); chopped 1 bunch green onion; chopped 1 small head lettuce; shredded 1 can (6 oz) black olives; drained, sliced 2 cups cheddar cheese; shredded 1 tub (16 oz guacamole dip; optional 1. In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread mixture onto a serving platter 2. ix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans. 3. Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, guacamole and top with cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.
