Waldorf Salad Categories: salads/vegetables 2 medium apples; diced (about 2 cups) 2 medium celery stalks; chopped (about 1 cup) 1/3 cup nuts (optional); coarsely chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing Toss apples, celery and nuts with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
