Tuna Patties Categories: meats/main dish 2 slices white bread; torn into sm pcs 1 can (6 oz) tuna 1 each egg 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Mix all ingredients except oil. Shape into 3 firm paties, 1/2 inch thick. Fry in oil over medium heat 4 - 5 minutes, until golden brown. Serve on hamburger buns with Thousand Island dressing. Yield: 3 servings |
