Spicy Hot Chocolate Categories: appetizers/snacks/beverages 2/3 cup water 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1 dash salt 3 cups milk 1 scoop marshmallows 4 sticks cinnamon In medium saucepan, combine water, chocolate, sugar, cinamon, nutmeg and salt. Cook and stir over medium low heat until chocolate melts. Gredually stir in milk. Heat just until it boils ... and then immediately remove from heat. Beat with rotary beater until frothy. Pour into 4 mugs and top with marshmallows and garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired. Contributor: Tupperware Yield: 4 servings
