Shortbread Cookies Categories: desserts 1 lb butter 1 cup sugar 4 cups flour; may need up to 4 1/2 cups Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Roll - not too thin -- about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out into shapes Bake at 275°F for 30 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Contributor: Nana B |
