Sausage/Egg Casserole

9 large eggs
3 cups milk
12 slices bread; cubed
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 lbs breakfast sausage
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese; grated
1/4 teaspoon sage seasoning

Brown sausage. Drain, cool and crumble into bowl. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and bread. Add cheese and sausage, saving some cheese to sprinkle on top. Put into greased 10 x 13 baking dish. refrigerate overnight to cook for breakfast, or cook right away. 350°F oven -- 45 minutes
