Salami

2 lbs lean hamburger
1 cup water
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 tablespoon tender quick morton's salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Divide into 3 portions and roll in foil - shiny side in. Tap each end on a flat surface to make rolls firmer. Refrigerate 24 hours. Prick holes in bottom of foil. Place on a rack in baking pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 °F .
