Beef Cheese Ball Categories: appetizers/snacks/beverages 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese; softened 2 8 oz pkg cheddar cheese; shredded 1 jar chipped beef; chopped 1 small can black olives; chopped 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup walnuts; chopped 1/4 cup parsley Mix together all ingredients except walnuts and parsley. Shape into balls or logs. Chill well. When ready to serve, roll in walnuts then parsley. This recipe freezes well Contributor: Cindy Kent (BCISD)
