Potato Salad Categories: salads/vegetables 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup vinegar 1 each egg 4 tablespoon butter 3/4 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup onion; chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 7 each potatoes; cooked, peeled and diced 3 each egg; hard cooked, sliced 1 dash paprika Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add milk, vinegar, egg, butter, celery seed, mustard and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cook and stir over low heat til bubbly. Remove from heat. Add onion and mayo. Cool. Combine potatoes and eggs. Gently fold in dressing. Chill. Sprinkle with Paprika just before serving. Contributor: Mom
