Pot Roast with vegetables

3 lb arm roast; frozen
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can water
1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
4 small potatoes; cleaned & quartered
4 each carrots; bite size pieces

Put frozen roast in roasting pan. Mix together soups and water. Add carrots and potatoes to pan, pour soup mixture over top. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 4 hours.

Meat and veggies will be fork tender.
