Pizza Cookie Categories: desserts 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 stick margarine 1 egg 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups flour 1 cup chocolate chips 2 cup marshmallows (miniature) Mix all ingredients together except for the flour, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Add flour. Press or roll dough on pizza pan (15-inch size). Roll dough to edge of pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Add chips and marshmallows. Return to oven 5 - 6 minutes.
