Meat Loaf Categories: meats/main dish 2 lb ground chuck 3 large eggs 1 medium onion 1/2 medium green pepper; chopped 1 sleeve Saltine crackers; crushed 1 tablespoon lady's house seasoning Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. Pout into sprayed bread pan and cover with foil. Bake 350°F to 400°F about 45 minutes. (Juices run clear when poked with a fork) For mexi-meat loaf, add a packet of taco seasoning and a cup of salsa.
