Lemon Herbed Baked Fish

1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
2 clove garlic; chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoon parmesan cheese; grated
2 teaspoon dried thyme; crushed
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon butter or margarine; melted, divided
2 pounds fish fillet

In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, lemon peel and salt; mix well. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and toss lightly to coat; set aside.

Pat fish dry. Place, skin side down, in a greased baking dish. Brush with remaining melted butter; cover with crumb mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with yellow rice and a salad for a great meal.
