Impossible Taco Pie Categories: meats/main dish 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup onion; chopped 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix 1 1/4 cups milk 3 large eggs 1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded 1 medium tomato; diced 1/3 cup olives; sliced HEAT oven to 400°F . GREASE square baking dish 8 x 8 x 2. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix - spoon into plate. BEAT Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth - about 1 minute. Pour into plate. BAKE until knife inserted in center comes out clean - about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted - about 2 minutes - cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives, and, if desired, sour cream. 6 to 8 servings.
