Impossible Cheeseburger Pie Categories: meats/main dish 1 lb ground beef 1 1/2 cups onion; chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix 3 large eggs 2 small tomatoes; sliced 1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded Heat oven to 400°F . Grease 10-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender, or 1 minute with hand mixer). Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean -- 5 to 8 minutes. Cool at least 5 minutes.
