About June Wei
June Wei is an associate professor in the Department of Management/MIS of the College of Business at the University of West Florida. Prior to join the University of West Florida, she taught in the School of Management at Zhejiang University, the Graduate School of Management at the University of Dallas, and the College of Business Administration at the University of Texas - Pan American.
Her working experiences include telecommunication and
network sector and health care sector. She worked as a senior software engineer
in Marconi Communications in
Dr. June Wei earned a MBA from Zhejiang University, another MS degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a PhD from Purdue University. Her research interest covers information security and human behavior on Internet commerce, enterprise e-value chain management on e-business, enterprise information systems development, and human information processing for cognitive tasks analysis. She has extensive publications in referral journals such as Industrial Management and Data Systems, Behavior and Information Technology, and Theoretical Issues in Ergonomic Science, among others.
Dr. June Wei is an Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of
Mobile Communications, Electronic Government: An International
Journal, and the International Journal of Electronic
Finance, an guest editor of the International
Journal on Mobile Learning and Organizations, and Editorial Board member of
the journals such as Interdisciplinary Journal of
Knowledge and Learning Objects, Journal
of Information Privacy and Security, Interdisciplinary Journal of
Information, Knowledge and Management, International Journal of Mobile Learning
and Organization, and International Journal of Management and Enterprise
Development.
