The Student Success Mentoring Program helps students address and discuss any issues with which they may be having trouble. The Mentoring Program is designed to pair University of West Florida students with upper-level students and professionals who advise and direct students on the path to success in their chosen field.

The Brother-to-Brother Mentoring Program was developed to increase retention, and graduation among UWF's African American and Latino male student population.
